Yes, although some owners may like to book in regularly for each week, we understand things change and life is hard to plan! We are able to accommodate flexibility in our bookings each week depending on you, and your dogs, availability. We also know how important your dog is to be cared for and looked after, so even on short notice we will try everything in our power to fit your puppy in one of our groups. Please note the more notice we get the greater chance of getting into an adventure on your requested day.

Yes. We have many techniques to help get your dog to return. Though before any walks we require a free meet and greet to get to know your pup and their habits. If we are not confident on their recall we can put them in groups that visits a fully fenced area or have them on some private adventures while we work on these skill with them.

Before any dog walks we require a complimentary meet and greet, here we can discuss the best means of collecting your dog for their adventures. For peace of mind, all our Doggy Adventurers (dog walkers) have been police checked, and we can supply this during our meet and greet if requested.

No, once your dog goes on 3 more dog walking adventures for the week the package will automatically apply to your invoice.

Yes, We find most our dogs don't care about the rain, if anything they enjoy it more! If it is raining and we feel it’s still safe, we will confirm you are still happy for the adventure and will make sure we have plenty of towels to dry them off. If your dog has a rain jacket please leave it out for our walk. In the case of thunderstorms or severe rain we will not do walks, and we will communicate with you. Your dog’s safety is our priority.

We have a 3 level heat policy that will automatically kick in at 30 degrees aimed to keep your pet safe and healthy. Some breeds are more affected by the heat and in these cases policy will be implemented much earlier. Please contact us or feel free ask your doggy adventurer during your meet and greet for more information.

Yes and No, we do not offer regular dog walking adventures on weekends, however we do look to assist dogs and owners on special occasions if they get stuck on a weekend. These walks will generally be on adventures with our own dogs and a small surcharge may apply.

At the end of the week, we will issue an invoice by email (physical invoice is available upon request). At the current moment you can pay by cash, bank transfer and Pay ID.

Our Group Adventures will usually consist of 3 to 5 dogs with one Doggy Adventurer (dog walker). This allows the dogs to play and explore with their friends, whilst the Adventurer can provide adequate supervision and control of the group. In some instances groups may be smaller if the Adventurer feels certain dogs require a little extra attention, or to ensure groups consist of dogs that will get along and have similar walk requirements. On occasion the Adventurers will meet up along with their groups of a big Group Adventure. This will be dependent on dog personalities and walk requirements.

Vigilance and prevention are key to our approach to snakes in warmer months. We avoid certain parks and reserves that have high numbers of snake sightings and stay up to date on sightings through the local community and social media.
